Often, a course of therapy can be completed in just six sessions. CBT is based on the premise that your thoughts and behaviours are directly linked to your emotions, and by focusing on changing these thoughts and behaviours, you can alter how you feel.

Online Counselling
I offer online counselling sessions, allowing you to engage from the comfort of your own space.
In-Person Counselling
I offer in-person counselling sessions based in the Garden Room @ Noble Beauty at 15 Main Street, Roslin, EH25 9LD. This is a separate outbuilding with private access direct from the street.
Ample on-street parking is available, and Roslin is conveniently serviced by Lothian Buses No. 37.
