Free Initial Consultation

I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation where we can discuss your needs and ensure we’re a good match before committing to a course of therapy.

Personalised Treatment Plan

Working together, we’ll create a unique treatment plan tailored to help you achieve your therapy goals. Because everyone is different, the number of sessions required will vary. Regular reviews will be conducted to monitor your progress.

Counselling Sessions

While Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is often at the core of my work, I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches including Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centred Therapy. We’ll discuss which approach or combination of approaches will work best for you and adapt our counselling sessions to meet your specific needs.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) typically involves a minimum of six sessions, but the exact number will be personalised to your specific needs.

Sessions can be conducted online or in-person. For online sessions payment must be made by bank transfer at least 24 hours in advance. For in-person sessions payment can be made by bank transfer in advance of the session or cash on the day. If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged the full session fee.

Counselling Sessions

£65 per session or 6 sessions for £360

Each session lasts 50 minutes and typically occurs weekly. However, we can discuss and adjust the frequency to suit your individual needs.
